Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

I make this bread every year for the past 3 years a couple times. It's SO good. Chris loves to put some butter on it and toast it. It makes 2 loaves. If you wanted to make more you could make smaller loaves.

Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar
2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 vegetable oil
1/2 cup fat free vanilla pudding
4 large eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips(or whatever kind of chocolate chips you like)

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well with hand mixer or whisk.
3)Spoon flour into measuring cup, level with a knife.
4)Combine flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in dish along with previous ingredients. Stir all together until moist.
5)Stir in chocolate chips.
6) Spoon batter into loaf pans. Baked at 350 for an hour and about 20 minutes, depending on your oven. Cool 10 minutes and then transfer to serving dish.
