Turkey Meatballs



I love to make my own meatballs when we make spaghetti! We stopped using ground beef about a year ago because of all the fat in it! Ground turkey meat taste the same and you can't even tell a difference.

Ingredients-
A package of ground turkey beat
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
A pinch of Italian seasoning
A pinch of crushed red pepper
A pinch of garlic powder
A pinch of onion powder
A pinch of basil
2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce
Olive Oil

Directions-
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2) Mix all ingredients together
3) Spray cake pan with olive oil
4) Make into balls place about inch apart
5) Bake for 15 min on one side, then turn and bake for another 5 minutes
