Jello Pastel Cookies

I've decided to go through my recipe folder and update the blog with things that I have baked/cooked and didn't bother at the time to upload or at the time even have my food blog!!

These cookies use jello in them, they are pretty good!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. butter (soft)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello(any flavor)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar

Directions:
1) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
2) Mix first four ingredients together then add last three. Beat in a large bowl until creamy.
3) Shape into 1 inch balls, place cookies 2 inches apart, sprinkle lightly with sugar.
4) Bake 8 to 10 minutes, depending on your oven.
