Stuffed Peppers

My mom used to make stuffed peppers all the time during the summer, and Chris actually never had them until we started dating, so I started to make them, they are a little time consuming but very easy to make:

Ingredients:
4 Green bell peppers, seeded
1 tablespoon EVOO
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch or so of crushed red pepper flakes
Pinch or so of cayenne pepper
2 cans(8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
1/2 cup uncooked long grain brown rice
1 package of turkey ground meat or ground meat

Directions:
1) Wash and cut out tops of peppers, make sure you get all of the seeds out.
2) Cook the ground meat and rice as you would normally.
3) Mix all ingredients together, add meat and rice once cooked, use hands to mix it all together. Save a little of the tomato sauce to put on top while baking.
4) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
5) Stuff peppers with mixture, add some tomato sauce to top of pepper.
6) Bake 1 hour, and basting every 15 minutes with the tomato sauce.

Enjoy!
